Ritterpubliclibrary.org is one of the best resources for patrons to find information about the library. In this challenge you will familiarize yourself with the new website and find the answers to questions frequently asked by patrons.
Clevnet member libraries all use Outlook email. This challenge will make you more familiar with how it works and enable you to keep up to date on the tech challenges.

Bibliocommons is Clevnet's online catalog. In this challenge, you'll become more familiar with searching, filtering results and placing holds.
printer power
In this challenge, you'll learn the printing options available to patrons and pick up some helpful hints for you too!
overdrive
The library has a collection of eBooks, audiobooks, and movies available to you through OverDrive. This challenge will help you master searching for and checking out emedia. The instructions below are for using a computer. The Patron doc is directions for a mobile device. The worksheetcan be completed using a computer. However, there are several tablets available if you'd like to try using one of them, just ask a coach.

CLEVNET app
The CLEVNET app lets patrons search for titles, place items on hold, view their account, renew items, etc. If you don't want to put the app on a personal device, please see one of the coaches, and we'll loan you a device to work on.
